Velammal Academy - Avadi AC Campus is dedicated to providing an all-encompassing educational experience that encourages students to develop every aspect of their learning. Launched in 2022, the school has seen impressive progress, as an expert staff of 62 members guides its 396 students. The students are academically and socially empowered with innovative classroom teachings, engaging extracurricular activities, meaningful community service projects, and inspiring cultural celebrations. The Academy’s sports teams also excel, and technology is leveraged to unlock creative potential. Together, these elements prepare our students to become responsible and compassionate citizens of society.

LABORATORIES

Velammal School boasts three well-equipped laboratories for physical and life sciences, providing students with a hands-on learning experience that is central to the school's educational philosophy.

COMPUTER LAB

Velammal School's well-equipped computer lab with more than 50 computers serves as an integral part of the learning process, providing students with opportunities to engage in practical classes, execute projects, and prepare quality display materials.

LIBRARY

Equipped with a projector and surround sound system, the Velammal library offers a comprehensive collection of books and multimedia resources designed to enhance learning.

SPORTS INFRASTRUCTURE

At Velammal, we believe that play time is important for holistic development and offers a wide variety of indoor and outdoor sports activities, including basketball, football, volleyball, chess, cricket, and athletics.

HEALTH CENTRE

Students' health and well-being are our top priority. A fully equipped Health Centre, staffed by a doctor and a nurse, is always available to provide prompt medical attention.

SMART CLASS

To enhance the learning experience and promote outcome-based education, Velammal School has implemented digital teaching through multimedia, utilizing Smart Class Boards that provide a visually engaging and multisensory approach to learning.

FUTURE SKILLS
